HANBELL VACUUM PUMP
Hanbell Precise Machinery Co. Ltd was founded in the year April 1994. Hanbell produced its dry vacuum pump mainly in Taichung, Taiwan which covers a factory floor space of 10,000 square meters. Of its quality and first-class support towards customers over the years, Hanbell had grown together with the customers and become an international brand.
Hanbell dry vacuum pump can be categorized into 2 types of series – PS and PD. Both series are using dry screw technology with two rotors rotating in opposite directions. This process happens to drive the incoming medium between its rotors and transports it towards its outlet, which normally called exhaust. Today, with its consistent improvement in its technology, Hanbell dry vacuum pump has produced pumps with lower electric power consumption as compared to the market’s standard screw designs.
The dry screw vacuum pumps suited not only for industrial use, but also for coating and semiconductor applications. Therefore, you can enjoy the wide variety of pumping speeds and low running costs.
Optimum Pumping Mechanism
Because of the nature of the screw design, the medium that is brought in is gradually compressed within a short distant path and channeled out to the discharge. This enhanced screw-type rotor has resulted in lower heat load and more robust against failures like the ceasing of rotor and scratches that may result during the process of transferring the medium to its discharge.
Cooling of the vacuum pumps can be achieved through water-cooled or air-cooled methods.
Customized Pumping Solution to Suit Plug-and-Play Condition
Hanbell is committed to provide ease of installation and retrofit process to the end users’ request. This process had ultimately help you to eliminate the re-design of piping with ease leading to the vacuum pumping system.
Low Maintenance and Durability
With the robustness of the pump, you can look forward to an extended operational life and faster ROI costs. The application of oil-lubricated gears extended the maintenance intervals for greasing.
