One of the main concerns of ROI (Return-on-Investment) that will affect a durable vacuum pump is its vanes. For DVP’s SC 60 – 140 series, thanks to the usage of a highly resistant graphite material, the service life is greatly enhanced. Coupled with an adequate flow of air and increased ventilation, the operating temperature of the vacuum pump is reduced. In addition, it reduces the radiation of heat thereby increase the safety of the working environment.
Reduced Noise Level
On top of that, the application of the soundproofing panels inside the conveyor carter together with the new design of air intake helps to reduce the noise level by 3dBA. Besides, the ease of maintenance has been achieved with the consideration of approach in mind where the removable front grid allows direct access to the vanes for quick replacement. This completely removes the need to remove the conveyor carter.
Improved Pump Efficiency
DVP Vacuum Technology had optimized the suction and discharge areas. Therefore, the vacuum pump’s energy efficiency has increased by at least 10%.
The highly durable graphite vanes together with its low internal temperature warranted its resistance. The maintenance is coupled with ease – thanks to the removable front grid, that allows direct access to the vanes. This encourages quick replacement without disassembling the conveyor carter.
The suction and discharge phases had been optimized to increase its energy efficiency. As a result, the energy consumption does not change from atmospheric pressure to absolute final pressure.
